The objective of this course is to thoroughly introduce the student to the econometric
methodology which is widely used in empirical work in Economics. It intends to
expose the student to the art of performing estimation, analysis and interpretation of
the econometric model designed to capture the economic relationships in real life
situations with the help of software packages capable of conducting econometric
explorations.
